As America wakes up to election results this morning, remember the sibyll, the prophetess whose cavern in the Sibylline Mountains in Italy was closed up with stones in ancient times: a few days ago, on 30th November, the mountain path that leads to her cave was the site of a huge split 4 km long which the 6.5 earthquake made. Perhaps this old woman of the mountains has somehing to say to us all?
