Haiku, Senryu, and Tanka from Gail Murray

Monsoons form puddles
When one fourth of an inch falls
Rain gauge agrees

I draw a blank
Instead of writing a senryu
I painted this pear.

Two kittens found us
We heard meows in the dusk
“KITTENS!” I exclaimed
In just a few minutes
Four lives were changed forever.
